We're a locally owned, family-operated, owner-on-the-machine excavation company based in Duvall. The work we take on is the kind of work you notice right away when it's done wrong: soft driveways that rut after the first winter, drainage that pushes water back toward the home, or a cleared area that still isn't build-ready because the grade is off.
The Eastside has its own quirks. Between heavy rain, clay pockets, and properties that slope down toward creeks and low areas, details like compaction, pitch, and where the water will go matter a lot. After 20 plus years in mechanics and a lifetime around equipment, we started Pardini's Equipment Services in 2019 to help our neighbors get dependable site work with direct oversight and personal accountability from start to finish.
